Our company profile

The company Kanalservice Krug was founded in 1995 as a partnership by sewerage engineer Stefan Krug. The main area of work is in the field of building and property drainage. The company provides sewer services to housing associations, military properties, property management companies and private customers, municipal and city administrations, engineering offices and architects.

In 2003, the company was named by the HWK Wiesbaden as one of the first training companies in Hessen for the new 3-year environmental engineering apprenticeship "Specialist for pipe, sewer and industrial services". The first trainee was hired in September 2003.

Due to growing requirements and expansion of the field of work, the company KANAL-KRUG GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2009 with its range of sewer services. The company operates in the Giessen, Wetzlar and Marburg regions with 10 employees. Since October 2022, the company Kanal Krug has been part of Rohr-Frei Kanal Schmitt GmbH. This makes us even more effective as a sewer service provider and enables us to offer you everything to do with sewers from a single source. Our founder Stefan Krug is enjoying his well-deserved retirement and his son Bernhard Krug has taken over the management of the Pohlheim site.
